Montreal Bronze maintains a substantial inventory of standard parts and finished goods that enable us to provide flexible service and on time delivery performance. We strive to provide excellent customer service and liaison for product application, design and feedback.

While our products are in compliance with national standards such as ASME B16.24 and ASME B16.10, Montreal Bronze has the equipment and flexibility to provide special face-to-face, flange drilling, and special design applications as per your specific needs.

In addition to our standard bronze marine valves, we have a large range of special bronze marine products that meet specific design and performance requirements for Navy ships. These include designs that have been tested and approved for Navy shock and vibration specifications MIL-S-901D/MIL-STD-167. These products are available upon request.

Engineering & Quality Control

Montreal Bronze Marine valves are manufactured to applicable standards with exacting material and Montreal Bronze has the engineering and development expertise to provide material or design olutions for any marine application. Our manufacturing group has extensive knowledge in exotic metals such as Alloy 20, Hastelloy, Titanium and Monel, which are routinely used in critical marine applications.

We also manufacture over one hundred products that have been tested and approved for Navy shock and vibration specifications MIL-S-901D/MIL-STD-167. We work regularly with Lloyd’s, DNV & other certifying bodies.

Montreal Bronze is ISO 9001:2000 certified and compliant to AQAP Z299.4 & MIL-STD-798. Full material control and traceability documentation is provided when requested at time of purchase.
